FairFix Auto connects customers with independent repair shops for bidding purposes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of repair cost estimates, the quality of services provided, or any disputes between customers and shops. All repair agreements, including pricing, timelines, service terms, warranties, and guarantees, are solely between the customer and the selected shop.

Warranty Tracking Disclaimer: FairFix Auto displays warranty information (such as duration and mileage limits) as a customer-friendly tracking view only. We do not provide, underwrite, administer, or guarantee any warranties. All warranties are offered and fulfilled solely by the repair shop. Any warranty claims, repairs, or disputes must be handled directly between you and the shop. Mileage used for tracking is based on customer-reported odometer readings. FairFix Auto is not liable for any issues arising from warranty fulfillment or mileage accuracy.

FairFix Auto does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, licensing, insurance, or legitimacy of any repair shop listed on the platform. FairFix Auto does not guarantee the availability of shops, the timeliness of bids, or the completion of repairs. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the credentials, reputation, and terms (including warranty terms) of any shop you choose to engage with. FairFix Auto is not liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs arising from the repair process or interactions with shops.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairFix Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. FairFix Auto provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By submitting a request, you acknowledge that shops will have access to your submitted images, videos, and personal information, which may include visible number plates, for a maximum of 3 days solely for the purpose of providing a bid. Shops are prohibited from downloading or retaining these media files beyond this period. FairFix Auto takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information but is not liable for any misuse of data by shops. Shops found misusing data may face account suspension or termination. Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to submitting false or misleading information, harassing shops or other users, engaging in fraudulent activity, or attempting to manipulate the bidding process. FairFix Auto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and to modify these terms at any time — continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Any disputes arising from your use of FairFix Auto will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and resolved in courts in Mississauga, Ontario.
